Terms and conditions of sale; LED Lamps
SFX distribution is a trade only supply company trade terms apply. If you are an end user please contact us for your nearest dealer.
Whilst most companies are advertising LED's as the life time solution to many applications, as with all LED's lamp life is only a guide and not a guarantee. LED's lamps are a consumable. Lamps may fail due to many reasons well before the advertised life.

To clarify we offer the following warranty to LED lamps

• Up to 60 days from date of sale by SFX distribution we offer a full product credit (not refund), replacement, supply you with or fit new LED's. Outgoing delivery at your cost, we will return at our cost. Uk mainland only.
• Over 61 days + from the date of sale by SFX distribution we can supply faulty LED's for you to replace OR you may return the unit (at your cost) for replacement of the LED's. We will return free to Uk mainland.
• At 12 months we reserve the right to charge for replacing LED lamps but will request your authorisation first. Uk Mainland only. We will supply LED's at a nominal cost for you to replace with exception to 3w version LED's. All return shipping charged. Outgoing shipping at your cost.
As with all products to extend the lamp life ensure the unit has been switched off for at least 20mins before moving.

Returns

When returning products to SFX distribution ltd you must complete a returns form. BEFORE you do this you must contact us first as we may be able to solve the problem over the phone or send you parts out.

You must enclose a copy of your original invoice. You must send insured and recorded delivery at your cost. The goods must be complete and packed well for the journey. We will either replace, repair or issue a credit note at our discretion. In the case of effect machines Do not send liquids. This will void your warranty.
